    Contemporary Pilates integrates various traditional Pilates moves with a modern touch. This combination creates the perfect workout for those wanting to stay true to the method with a bit more of a challenge.

  • PILATES PLUS

    Pilates Plus is a high-intensity class that will sculpt and lean bodies while focusing on strength and endurance. Incorporating challenging exercises on and off the reformer. With the addition of props and free weights this class will keep your heart rate up!

  • CHAIR PILATES

    Chair Pilates is a challenging workout that uses a chair to tone the body, improve balance, and increase flexibility. It combines elements of Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, and can be practiced by more advanced levels. Our Chair Pilates class is limited to three people per class because of the challenging level.

  • VINYASA YOGA

    Focuses on connecting breath to body movements with one of our Vinyasa Yoga sessions. These 50 minute yoga flow classes are perfect for stretching, strengthening, and rejuvenating your muscles.

  • MAT PILATES

    Mat Pilates is performed in our fitness room with no reformer. In this class, you focus on core exercises to build your muscles and endurance while incorporating the basic principles of Pilates.

  • PRIVATE PILATES

    Enjoy the comfort of a private studio session to utilize our top of the line equipment including Chair, Arc Barrel, TRX, and Cross Core. Each session your instructor will track your progress and customize future workouts to help you meet your goals.
