  • What is the difference between Memberships vs Packages?

    The Trek House offers a variety of options to fit you and your lifestyle!

    Our Memberships allow you to frequent our classes as you please and are on a recurring monthly payment plan. The Limited Membership option allows you to book up to 12 classes per month. Our Unlimited Membership allows you to book as many classes per month as you want!

    Our Packages are a one-time payment and allow you to buy multiple classes or sessions at once. Whether you wish to book multiple classes, duet sessions, or private sessions, we offer package for all services. Please be aware that packages expire. See our Pricing page for more detail.

  • What should I bring and wear to a class or session?

    All you need to bring is yourself! We will provide water and towels. If you are coming to a Pilates class, being barefoot or having grippy/toe socks is recommended. If you are coming to a Tread or Strength class, please wear tennis shoes. We ask that all shoes worn in our studio are clean and free of mud or dirt.

  • What if I need to cancel my spot in a class?

    We ask that you please cancel your spot in a class by giving at least a 6-hour notice from the start time. If this notice is given, you may reschedule your spot.

    If your spot is canceled less than 6 hours from the start time, it will be considered a “late cancellation” and you will not have the opportunity to reschedule the spot.

    If you have a Membership and provide a “late cancellation,” there will be a $10 fee. If you do not provide a cancelation notice at all, we will consider this a no-show and charge a $25 fee.

    We understand that things come up. Because we are a true boutique studio, our classes are limited. Please be mindful of our instructors’ time and other clients wanting to schedule spots.

  • What if I am on the waitlist?

    We understand that being a boutique studio can create a waitlist. If a spot-holder provides a reasonable cancellation (not being a late cancellation), you will automatically be added to the class and an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please make sure to remove yourself from a waitlist if you no longer can make the class.

  • What if I need to cancel my private session?

    Please cancel your private session within 24 hours of the start time. if you need to cancel within the 24-hour policy, you will be charged for your sessions. This is to protect our employees and their schedules.

  • How do I cancel my Membership?

    Membership contracts can be canceled with 30 days written notice to info@thetrekhouse.com
